Fourthwalling: Yes. Hamel knows he's fictional, and his canon breaks the fourth wall all the time so he'll totally go along. Just don't give him spoilers for his own manga.

Hugging this character: Yes. He wouldn't mind if you're a pretty girl, otherwise he'll shake you off.
Kissing this character: Ladies~ dudes are welcome too but be ready for a hissy fit. He probably sucks at this, having no experience save two kisses from a really creepy perv and one from his best friend.
Flirting with this character: Yes.
Fighting with this character: Comedic violence is highly encouraged! He's from a slapstick manga, he can survive anything. Serious fighting is also okay, and he fights back.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm cool with anything except amputation and going for the eyes. Also, please don't damage his violin. If you want to stop Hamel from playing you can always break his arms :D

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, but I'd like a heads up. He's a very private person and will not take it well if you pry into some of his issues. He'll freak out if he realizes someone can tell he's half mazoku just by looking. I don't mind your character poking inside his head though - just let me know.
Other: Hamel wears his trademark hat to hide his mazoku horn. He's used to get very bad reactions about it so he will flip his shit if you touch his hat or god forbid, try to take it off.

Regarding magical music

Hamel is an asshole. On top of being purposely obnoxious and pissing everyone off, he also has jerk powers: he plays magical music that allows him to control people. There are more details in the abilities section of the app, but generally his music comes in two flavors:
1. Invoking various emotional response
2. "Marionette Version" – the ability to control one's movements. It can give people super strength and help them fight, or just make them dance around like idiots, depending on what Hamel was aiming for.

Magical music requires the use of another person, and I don't want to step on anyone's toes. So please reply here with the following:

Can Hamel use emotional stirring on your character?
Can Hamel use the Marionette on your character?
Comedic Violence – Y/N?

Since every action has consequences, if you answered "yes" to any of those questions you have a blanket permission to get back at that asshole. Hamel doesn't pick on people without a reason, but he can be quite trigger happy (or is it bow happy?) if you piss him off, or if he thinks it'll help him to make money.
